Claimed to make an attempt to deliver my package. Not true, because I was home. Now they're giving me hell to have someone else pick up the package with my permission, even though I've explained 50 million times IM IN LABOR AND I CANNOT GET TO THE LOCATION! Never a dull moment with fed ex

I don't like this fedex locatiom please donot let any of your package get ship to this location. This place is so unorganized. I wish I can give them a no star

I was skipped while I was clearly waiting in line, and when I finally got my turn they tried charging me $265 for a $40 package. Even though I called FedEx customer service who agreed with me, the workers said they couldn't change anything.
Worst experience.

I hated this place because of a Person named ."Kenith .i was there to print few pages urgently needed he refused saying i neef to fill a fedex card to do it tried to explain to him that he can easily print of his email but he insisted NO...this brain dead does not understand how busy prople are and what times mean to us driving to them finding s parking slott....just bad and stupid

I had an issue with a package that was supposed to be sent back to me because the customer did not pick it up in time. After talking with four other FedEx employees the night I discovered the issue, I called the manager at this store, Yunish (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), and explained the situation to him. I called as soon as the store opened and Yunish quickly said he would help me. He made a couple phone calls and stopped the package from being shipped back to me! After saving the day with this package, Yunish went the extra step and took the customer's phone number so that he can give her a call to work out a pick up time.
After spending nearly three hours on the phone the previous day and hearing two of the four FedEx employees at the customer service center tell me there was nothing that I could do, I was skeptical of the being able to help my customer. Yunish absolutely saved the day! Had he had the same response as some of the other customer service employees I spoke with, I would likely not ship through FedEx again.
Yunish saved the day for me, and also saved FedEx my business. Thank you Yunish!!!
