I am thoroughly annoyed. I was tracking and waiting for the simultaneous delivery of two packages within earshot of the door bell. I went online and saw the packages had been delivered (to God knows where). I have 24 hour guard service in my building and three elevators with the correct address on the label. There is no excuse for this kind of driver/delivery incompetence. I am still waiting for customer service to resolve this problem.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. No calls until the 3rd attempt, would not let me speak to a manager. I work 9-5pm, I will never be home for this type of delivery and had clearly asked the item to be held for me.

worst service no notes or follow up. This fedex facility must be fix or shutdown. three days and no show, with that tell you need go to queens ny to pick up the package
