cheap service on phone from a lady should do her job better

I have a package and the driver did not even ring the doorbell and someone was home, he came back the next day and did the same thing, on the third attempt nobody was home so they took the package back to this location, I spoke to someone in customer service and drove all the way here for it, person told me they close at 5 on Saturdays, got there at 4:40 location closed, spent another 20mins on the phone with someone and they told me they would see if my package can go out on Monday, received a voice mail yesterday(Tuesday) that my package will not be sent out and is at this location being held. I asked them to leave the package and they refused, now it's been over a week and I still don't have my package when it was their fault and the office hours does not coincide with mine. I refuse to use you guys again, very unacceptable and not customer service friendly, also it seems the drivers don't want to do their job

I was supposed to get a package delivered yesterday and, presumably, because there was a closed street nearby which would slow down the driver, my package was not delivered and flagged as having an incorrect address. I talked to them and we confirmed there was nothing wrong with the address. Today same thing happened. Several chats and phone calls later - nothing. They told me they would call me back within 2 hours - no, they did not. It seems that they can't manage their staff properly.
