Fedex cannot control their employees at this location. After specifically telling a driver to attempt a delivery he had lied about attempting in several occasions, he again did not. He did not listen to his managers. Incompetence and laziness are one thing, but FedEx should realize that insubordination is a huge liability to their brand and company.
