THE WORST WHO HAS TIME TO FIND WHERE THIS PLACE IS AT!!! IF U SCARED TO GO INTO GHETTO NEIGHBORHOODS DONT DO THE JOB!!! THIS IS THE REASON Y THINGS HAPPEN TO U DELIVERY PPL!!!

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. By far, the worst experience I've ever had with any shipping carrier. I had to request a call tag to retrieve a valuable package that was sent to the wrong address. The update tracker said it was retrieved on a Friday, but no updates thereafter. I find out on Tuesday that it was never retrieved and they don't know whether or not the package is still there and the driver "accidentally" scanned in the wrong tag status. WOW!

The new FedEx Ground facility have moved to: 29-01 Borden Ave Long Island City, NY 11101

This is the second time I am dealing with this Fedex location and both instances have been terrible. The first dealing I had with them, I called as asked them to leave the package at their office so that I could pick it up. Went to the office to pick up the package and it was out on the truck for delivery. Totally waste of my time. The young lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude also.

Now this second instance- I ordered electronics on ebay. The item left new jersey in a trailer and was lost in transit on route to this brooklyn location. Needless to say I'm currently filing a claim to locate my item.

the area serviced by this center has by far the worst fedex service i've ever seen. I've recieved "we missed you" notes when i've been home on more occasions than I care to count. I don't know what the disconnect is but it feels like a general lack of effort. The only problem is the post office is just as bad with packages!
