Asked for a pickup and they never showed, then sent a report in that they tried to come and my packages were not ready for pickup. They did not even call.
Last time they came to pick up, the guy would not help us carry anything-all he did was operate the tailgate.
Still waiting on my current pickup...

Waited a day and a half just for some parts to be delivered and they do not communicate with each other so they just cost me a whole lot of money today

I have been waiting for my package since saturday and they claim to have attempted delivery saturday while I have been home all day waiting on my package and today monday the same thing noo attempted but they claimed they have tried. And my package was express delivery. I rather UPS

This place is terrible.. Why is that my shipment was suppose to be here Monday, they claim they attempted to deliver it on Tuesday even tho I was home all day waiting for it and now I have to wait until Wednesday even tho the package was sitting in their facilities since Sunday? This place is a f ing joke..
