BS service. My package sat at this facility for EIGHTEEN days. The tracking said that they no longer had an estimated delivery date. I emailed them about this, and oddly enough, it showed arrived at some other facility the next day. Still fuming, I decided to hunt for more information. When I called their customer service, I asked what was up with 18 days in which my package took to travel across ONE STATE. I was told weather delays. Weather delays my ass. I know it's December, but it hasn't snowed, and we've had 70 degree weather. I sat there for about a full minute with the woman on the line. I had used FedEx once before for overnight shipping originating from out of the country, and I was satisfied with the service. But this. This is despicable. When you're in the business of customer service, how do you screw up this bad?

My package has been sitting at this facility for 6 DAYS now. When i call customer service they explain to me that this facility got hit hard and they are running behind. How is that acceptable? It's the holiday season why wouldn't you hire seasonal to handle the rush if you can't handle it with regular staff. When i asked for a estimated delivery since it's now been a total of 14 days since it was shipped out they could not give me one. That is not acceptable answer. I was told the expected delivery was going to be December 4th and this contains a suitcase that I need for an upcoming flight. SHAME ON YOU FEDEX. You need to get your act together because all my stuff shipped by UPS didn't have an issue with delivery within the window of time.

Worst delivery carrier I ever experienced. UPS and USPS is far more superior and organized when it comes to shipping out packages and getting it delivered at your door. I ordered a package online and Fedex kept changing my estimated delivery time/date. Funny how Fedex tells you that their tracking system is "advanced", but doesn't even update locations/where it is compared to USPS and UPS. Don't use Fedex, take my word for it.

I hate FedEx :-( and I normally don't use the word "hate" but the dislike is strong with this one. Anytime something is shipped FedEx to my house I can expect the rudest service. Yesterday I had a box delivered to my door with a HUGE "Team Lift" sign on it...the FedEx guy dropped it against my doorway, knocked on my door and walked away. I answered the door almost immediately and he literally WATCHED ME struggle to drag it in my house with my toddler at my feet. Like seriously? The UPS guys always at least make sure it's in a position to make it easy for me to just push or slide it in if I'm home. FedEx is always late and I can think of at least 3 occasions THIS YEAR that my package just flat out didn't come until the day AFTER it was scheduled to arrive with no notice.

Fedex is not a good company, as a consumer I would not recommend this for anyone. Customer representatives are nice, they can't seem to get a hold of the routers which confused me and I can't seem to understand. In this day an age they should have a tracker on the vehicles it would be much easier for them to get a hold of there supervisor or delivery men/women. By tracking a package is not clear at all. I never one to complain about a company but this left a nasty taste in my mouth
