BEWARE!!!!! I came here to purchase a 2006 Range Rover Sport HSE and was approved through Santander for the loan. After putting a $1000 deposit on the car, I came back to pick up my car and they stated the car could no longer be sold due to an issue with the computer but yet the car was registered and plates were put on it. At that point I knew they had sold my car to someone else. They showed me a 2006 Land Rover LR3 SE that interests me so, I gave them another chance and told them I'll take it. The same approval was used and I drove off with that car the next day. I identified a few issues with the car and told them I was bringing it back for repairs. After 2 days passed with no phone calls regarding the status of the repairs, I called and the finance manager stated their was another issue but this time with the bank and that they did not receive the check for the car and it could not be released to me. I told them to refund my deposit and I purchased another car at another dealership. This whole experience was suspicious and reminded me how careful you have to be with car dealerships today.

You will never get your deposit back! Ever! The representative told me that the deposit was refundable if we decided not to purchase the care and asked how much I could put down to hold it. We decided to go with another car from another dealership and they refused to refund the money back. The customer service is deplorable! The manager is nasty and it doesn't matter how much you put down, you will never see your deposit ever again!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The only thing this place is good for is CASH purchases. Don't go there if you need to finance through them.
Bring your own financing through your bank or cash. These folks are a bit shady! I left a $300.00 dollar deposit, called them on Tuesday to cancel the transaciton because I did not buy a car from them. I am still waiting for my money. I've contacted my credit card company to investigate the matter and get my money back. I have a signed receipt from a sales person named "Dean" stateing that I will be issued a refund if I dont' go through with the transaction. Shady, shady, shady!
