This company only cared about payment. I had a parrot I was shipping home from Europe. I had paid most of the money upfront. When I got my last invoice I questioned some things on the bill, and no matter how much they spun it, I still feel the double charged me. Within 24hrs the company was threatening to cancel my account etc. everything up to date was paid for and I was waiting for answers to my billing questions,. I emailed the billing department this information but they never bothered to answer or apologize for there rude emails. The agent did email me answers that I feel was not really adequate, but I was stuck so kept my mouth shut. I had three parties involved, and Fauna & Flora did the least and charged the most. Look elsewhere, trust me!
