I am having the worst experience trying to rent from these people. Its has been more than 17 days and they are still keeping me waiting, saying that they do not have any car at the moment. I should mention that while signing up they said that I will be able to get a hold of a car with in a week. If only I knew that before, I probably would never have gone through them. Also I would like to mention this person "Yaushi", she has been very rude to me.

This company is absolutely terrible. When you try to call them, they are rude and they do not treat people nicely. I am just really frustrated.
