Horrible staff, horrible customer service- THIRD WORLD EXPERIENCE! They are just a continuation of the pushy, demeaning and high-horse style treatment that you get in India. I had bought Chandeliers in India and I had used Ganpati Couriers Jalandhar Punjab India- who all promised that they would have the product delivered within 7 days! Its been over six weeks and still no product. Finally get a Fedex tracking number, and the product happens to be in Jamaica NY - with these people at Fast Track Express & Cargo. I called them as to why they are finally creating a label today after six weeks? "Ask you India compnee - we is just the ship compnee". Wait, if you are just the shipping company- should you not know why it was so delayed? Explained that I have been waiting for over six weeks for something promised within a week- their response " we don't have any concern for your package, you call your india companee' and hangs up. So much for customer service.
