I am a computer literate but don't have the time nor the want to tinker with mine when things go wrong.
I called Fast-Teks and the tech was there as promised. Professional guy, really down to earth and didn't try to show me up with techie geeky stuff. On the questions I've asked -- remember, I KNOW computers -- his answers were spot on. Let's just say I gave him a stealth interview and he passed. All through the time he answered with the correct answers and didn't try to pad them with mumbo jumbo geek speak.
When he got to my PC, he did what I would do but a lot more. Best part of this is that the tech was fast in finding out my problem (sneaky spambot) and was able to clean it out. He then made sure that I had the best tools to protect myself even if I am infected in the future.
