This is THE BEST pizza in New Jersey for people who know the difference. The ingredients are top notch. They aren't stingy with the sauce or the cheese. Ray's costs a little more than other pizzas and is worth every penny. A Ray's slice weighs about twice as much as a normal pizza slice. You are stuffed after eating two regular slices. This is the only real Ray's in Jersey. Don't be fooled by imitators.

its too bad they changed their standard. always loved Rays until tonight.... no longer do they ensure the pizza has ingredients and very little crust. changed the sauce too, not as tasty anymore
I will miss the old Rays!!!

Just like the pizza you would find at any of the millions of rays pizza in New York City: Thicker crust, ton of cheese and lack of customer service. it's as authentic as a pizzaria as you can get. locals know this but this is take out only (no delivery) and they only sell pizza and calzones.

The pizza is great!! It has the right amount of cheese and sauce!! I would definitely come back!! Classic pizza taste!
