There's often a line out the door for a reason. Hands down the best Fish & Shrimp in Harlem. Don't get discouraged if you see the line outside the door, inside is very small(standing room only) and the line moves quickly! Definitely a Harlem gem!!

Fried fish, shrimp and french fries done perfectly. They don't serve a ton of stuff, but what they do serve is the best in the game. Which is why on any given day there is a line out the door to cram into a tiny basement restaurant with no seating to take your fish fry to go. Smother it with as much tartar or ketchup as you need, top it with a slice of white bread and you are off. Your heart will appreciate making this an infrequent treat but it is well worth the indulgence.

Fish delicious, fries delicious. My only issue with this place is how the employees treat the customers. The employees were very rude. They should really think about who they hire because their employees makes people not want to go back there again. 4 our of 5 stars due to bad customer service.

If I had written this review a month ago it would have been excellent across the board.
But since then I had a so-so experience that does not have me going out of my way to buy fish here any time soon. The fish wasn't seasoned that good and the shrimp were a little tiny.
This beats any of the small Korean fish market places that fry fish and seafood in the neighborhood that sell old frozen fish that often smell fishy and are clearly not fresh.
The fish is fresh here and usually very, very tasty.
