TWO MONTHS WAITING FOR BULLNOSE TILE MOLDING!!!!! MY ADVICE IS DO NOT, FOR WHATEVER REASON USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! BY THE WAY, FAMILY, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY REVIEW FEEL FREE TO CALL.

Just seen this company on People's Court, and from the reviews on here and the way they represent themselves on the show, I can see them being hard to work with I wouldn't use or recommend this company. Just saying.

They were very unfair when I purchased tile. I wanted to return it and I knew that they would charge me a restocking fee. They wouldn't even take back the tile. They gave me such a hard time and they have the nerve to call themselves FAMILY! Most tile stores accept returns.
There are plenty of other tile places on the Island to go to that will be fair and do business the right way. Stay away from Family Tile.
We ended up going to Classic Tile and they were helpful and even took back the tile that was not used. They know how to do business the right way.
I have spoken to Contractor's or said they should have accepted a return.

TERRIBLE...they measure and then do not have enough tiles to complete the job, they give you an estimate and then charge you extra for their mistakes...we are sitting here week 2 with our front hall incomplete....job isnt done and we are stuck waiting for tiles...they made a promise to finish the job today and no one showed up...TERRIBLE company i would NOT recommend them.

They job looked great when they completed it, but within a few weeks, the tiles started falling off. I tried contacting them many times and was never called back. I finally went there and asked the owner what he could do about it, and he told me he wasn't married to the job. Once he installed the job, he was done with the customer. If I had a problem, I should call the better business bureau or a tv news station that may care.
