Family Medical Health: Basileo Santo MD

Office staff is rude, they called my cell phone asking for a patient who used to own my cell phone. They did this to me multiple times. The older, Hispanic woman whom never gave me her name talked over me saying bye bye, while I demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor, and hung up on me. I Asked for an office manager on a call back, they were playing a game with me on the phone keeping me on hold deliberately for an extended period of time in hopes I hang up. These people call my cell phone more than once with their nonsense, also I think they broke HIPPA by mentioning her name in the initial call, not sure. They woke me up several times after I have done a 12-8 shift in a hospital. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO!

no matter how many times i've requested appointments with the doctor i get whoever is able to see me and the desk clerks are very rude and try to make me feel guilty not being able to make an appointment sooner then 5.

I am a very easy going guy and always give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I went to Dr. Santo Basileo three times and all of them were a nightmare. Two of the three times I waited just about two hours until I finally saw Dr. Basileo. He is a very nice man but sometimes can give very general medical advise and lacks some of the expertise I usually expect from a Doctor. He also rushes the visits quite a bit. Although, one of the most frustrating things about his office is the fact that his secretaries are extremely unprofessional sometimes cursing amongst themselves and not treating many of the customers with the respect that they deserve.
