-I was provided a receipt that did not list out the services provided.
-My flexible spending account was suspended due to the receipt.
-I called and asked for a more detailed receipt and was told that they do not provide those.
-When I asked, "What can you do to help me get my flexible spending account turned on, so that I can continue to pay for your services." I was told "Nothing we can do for you sir."
-When i asked them to at least create me a receipt with the a billing code, I was instructed that I would need to come pick it as they do not fax receipts.
I guess patients with jobs are not the target market.
