I was looking for a good mortgage company as a first time home buyer and FHLC has one of the best and friendliest Mortgage Loan Processor in the business. He spent time explaining to me the intricacies of buying a new home and the process of applying a mortgage loan. Although ,I did not end up using FHLC as my mortgage company but I learned a lot from the Loan Processor.
