Overall it was a positive and pleasant experience. Dr. Meena Shah is knowledgeable, personable and professional. She gave me the sense of genuine concern and attended to my dental emergency immediately vs. making me wait until my scheduled appointment for the following day.
The staff is friendly and caring. The only issue that I had was the wait. But the visit was well worth the wait.
I would recommend Dr. Shah. She is an experienced and capable dentist.

This place is dangerous. I´m submiting my complaints to the NYC health office to close it. It´s totally run down and extremely filthy. There even was a pulled, bloody toth laying underneath the dentist seat where I was sitting.
Don´t go here, ever.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Shah. She and her staff are professional and she always gives me a straight-forward idea of what needs to be done and what it will cost. Very happy with the work that has been done so far.

Please avoid this dental practice at all costs. I wish I had seen the negative reviews before booking, I had an emergency and thought how bad could this place be? Well, it turns out there are plenty of negative reviews. All I can say is they are true.
Unpleasant experience seeing Meena Shah for dental needs. The quality of her dental work is below standards. The bonding she put on my teeth fell within a week. The facilities are awful. Her lack of ethics is also well known, my family was overcharged for services we did not receive.
Bad customer experience overall.
