Family Dental of Bayside

just left this place about an hour ago and i am impressed. got some fillings and rootcanals done in under an hour. staff is decent and office is very clean. i will be coming back with my wife and children.

I am extremely satisfied. The staff was lovely, professional and efficient. I had a root canal there and I was seen promptly and the exam went smoothly.
I would highly recommend them.

I have been Dr. Eisenbergs patient for about 20 years and must be completely honest when i found out he was going to retire I was not to sure that I wanted to continue coming to the office. Although I meet Dr Cho a few times the fact that he was a bit young scared me. Maggie has been the receptionist at the office for about 20 years and she reassured me that Dr Cho was great. Still a bit skeptical I had no choice to see him over the weekend because I needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. I called on a Friday and even though they were closed Jennifer the other front desk picked up and went out her way to schedule my appointment for a saturday. I was seen and I am glad i seen him because I needed to take out a tooth. I also did an implant that did not take long at all. Truth is I am now very comfortable with Dr. Cho. Very accommodating and great service.

Avoid this place like the plague! Use them if you want to drive 40 minutes away just to get there and say we did not confirm your appointment. Unbelieveable "system" in place. They offer appointments but in order to lock in your spot, you must confirm the day before, which is fine. But their automated calling system was "not working" so the rediculously lazy secretary could not call us? I end up driving there 40 minutes to hear "Sorry but our system was down and we took the next patient." I had to leave, not only did they take the next appointment but they had no room for us at all that day.

The "secretary" claimed my message box was full on our home phone number and then proceeds to call it to show me the proof. NOPE, went right through. They also have my cell phone number on file. Did they bother to try and call either? NOPE. Unbelieveable. Will not be using this joke of a place again and I suggest you do not either unless you want a similar experience.
