Family Dental Care: Desai Swati DDS

I recently moved from Texas last month and had developed severe pain in one of my teeth. I was able to be seen by Dr. Desai as a walk in emergency, which is rare as I had tried several other offices and none would see me until weeks out. The office is very welcoming and well lit, definitely alleviating and dental apprehensions I may have had. I was greeted by a friendly young lady at the front desk and hardly had to wait at all to be called back. I was seen by Dr. Desai who was very pleasant and cordial. Turns out I needed a root canal and was able to get it done right away. Dr. Desai and her assistant were very gentle and attentive through out the procedure and aside from the discomfort one would normally expect from such a procedure it was actually a good overall experience and my pain was alleviated. Thank you!! Also, Dr. Desai identified some other areas to be treated and created a plan for me to get everything taken care of. They were able to take my insurance (many places would not take it) and even worked out a payment plan for me for the whatever was not covered completely by the insurance. Staff was great and Dr. Desai was great. Looking forward to completing the rest of my treatment. What a great first experience on my move to NY. Highly recommend.
