They play games with the prices, let my father wait 45+ minutes after having chemo, kept telling him they would be there in 10 mins, and the last time we used them, they left us stranded downtown, they would not come back to take us home, I had to walk 20 blocks with my ill father, do not use this cab service.

Good availability but unreliable. They showed up more than once without child seat and with broken AC, even when they were told about having an infant onboard.
