Falcon All City Driving School

The driving instructor was 30minutes late. Although we had set our appointment to a later time already. The school told me that the driver would be speaking Spanish which was not true. Nobody apologized for being late or anything. They also do not want to listen to you, they just try to speak louder or shout at you. Very bad experience, bring your business to another school.

Very unprofessional. Their website says that they offer training for manual transmissions. I called them to sign up for lessons. After three rings, it transferred to someone's personal voicemail number; said nothing about Falcon Driving School. Later in the day, I got a call from some random number. "Hey, you called me." Nothing about who they were. Took some time to figure this out. Then I explained what I was looking for, told brusquely that they don't do manual transmissions. But what about the website?, I asked. Was told that "the car broke down" (as in, the one and only car). Real losers. Don't subsidize these clowns with your money. BTW, Amin and Amar driving schools were even ruder; find someone else, if they exist.

I had lessons from Isabella and Sam -- they were both really nice to me and I passed my road test exam in the first try! With other schools, I failed TWICE before finally being taught the right way at Falcon. People complain about the cars and the time and all that stuff, but I think by far the QUALITY of the education offered here surpasses the others. The management office explained to me that two hours is a good choice to take when driving because one hour is simply not enough -- with the tight schedules and traffic -- it's better to take two hours at a time. And they give you discount for taking two hours at a time. They patiently explained to me why two hours is better, and it is this: it gives you a longer learning session -- which I agreed on. I took a total of 6 hours and passed my road test in Wayne!

No ethics, customer service and the car the offered me to take my lessons was a wreck. The car I was supposed to take my test in was an even bigger wreck, discusting interior, beaten bashed and far from road worthy!! The garage didn't want to release it saying it wasn't working properly. I took a day off work for that and all I got was Mr Shah (the manager/owner (who knows!) telling me I wasn't a "good person" for complaining so much. Nice job Falcon!!
