Lived there 8 years, regret every day

This property changes management too many times, at least once a year. It is poorly maintained and the workers are lazy and uneducated. The dumpsters are always overflowing and security is a joke. The apartments themselves are ugly and small. The management in the office is rude, and ghetto, and someday they are going to talk the way they do to the wrong individual and regret doing so. There are rats, waterbugs and bedbugs and nobody seems to want to do anything about it. But they love their 3-times a year annual inspections and to blame tenants for things that had never been fixed and weren't caused by the tenant. Don't even bother coming here, as they will try to railroad you out anyway. Run, don't walk, in the other direction. You'd do better to live in an NCC property.
