Although my insurance company does not charge a copay for physicals, they had me pay the $15.00 up front. It was a Saturday so we couldn't call the insurance company. On that Monday, I called the insurance company and they said I should not have paid the copay, as my insurance states. I phoned them back and have instructed them what to do several times since January and they refuse to help or do anything. All they need to do is rebill correctly, as should have been done and they would then get the $15.00 back to give to me. At this point, it has become the principle of the thing.....now wonder the place was empty on a Saturday morning!!!!!
