Nice hotel, good location, but tiny tiny rooms. Rooms are so small that they can't even fit a king sized bed in the room. They also don't allow cots (cause they don't fit). It does have a good view of the East River and is close to the seaport. But it's the most expensive closet I've even slept in. But that's NYC.

Well where to start? Good and "quite clean" (I will return to that) hotel in lower Manhattan. Breakfest is ok but doesnt have lot of choises. Prices are ok and staff is very friendly.
And the minus...at first night my phone dropped on the floor. When I was reaching it by my hand...I found opened condom packet. Okay...after two nights we founded old and "very crispy" french frie between the bed and night table.
Definately cleaner has had very bad day. We tried to laugh because we have seen lot of things...but this in hotel like this...dont now that to say exactly.

They have small rooms here. If you want big room and you are willing to pay more, Andaz has bigger rooms. Also it's not pet friendly. However, they have free wifi, free breakfast and decent price for the area. Staff are mostly friendly, especially breakfast staff. Check in is at 4pm.

This hotel is very reasonably priced for all that you get. It is well kept, has many excellent amenities, great views, and is close to many nice areas and the subway. They have an excellent free breakfast and the employees, especially Leticia and Gabriella, do a remarkable job in making you feel at home and welcome. I will definitely be coming back!
