People are pretty friendly and the hotel is in a nice spot. I wish there were more shuttles, but it is a great way to be away from the city to get into the city via metro and bus.

Good hotel. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant staff and food are both very good and in an area with few options for a good meal.

Stayed overnight because of an early flight the next morning. Interior is nicer than it seems on the outside. Free breakfast starts around 4 am. Lots of talking and noises late at night. Free and timely shuttle to JFK at regularly scheduled times. Otherwise, relatively pleasant stay.
