I got my car washed ,paid $20 and I went home (less then 1 mile away) my back window was not washed, I had spots all over my car. I had to clean my windows myself. On the outside it did not even look washed. The only thing that was good was my rims and my floor mats, nothing else was cleaned. I am very unhappy that it turned out like this. I will not be returning or referring anyone anymore

Very rude service. Hours of operation online on Facebook and Google says it closes at 6. I came at 5 and it was closed.

I had some coupons for #3 wash in 2014--I was so impressed with the "elbow grease" and care the workers had for my car. As I watched, I was thinking "ok, $3 tip...ok, $4 tip....ok $5 tip". Nothing was missed, everything sparkled, inside vacuumed, tires scrubbed, there was a machine to wash and dry the carpets, my old car never looked better! This year--June, I think--I went again. My new car was cleaned, but spots were missed, the inside of the door frames were wiped, but not all they way, you could see where they stopped, about 8" from the end. Sloppy work. Carpets were not washed. I have read the reviews and I am writing to say that something has radically changed at this car wash, it is not as good as it was a year ago, I can't "rave" about it--it's just "okay".

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK...I have come here many times and have not had any real issues. For the most part the car was cleaned and little touch ups were needed. The last 2 times however there were spots everywhere that were missed. Almost looked as if someone was trying to write a message on my windows. The worst of all was the last time. Same issues with the windows. So I went to clean them myself when I noticed 2 huge gouges in my rear drivers side window. I went there to discuss the issue and I was told that "it couldn't have happened there because they only damaged one window. If they had damaged all 4 windows them it could have been them." I was told repeatedly that it was not from them and their unfound logic was evidence enough to relieve them from guilt. Repairs to damage exceed $200

The worst customer service ever!!! Let me start off by saying that this is the second review I have ever written. After the way I was treated this morning, I felt that I had to warn others. I started going to this car wash when they first opened up, and they always did an outstanding job. More recently, however, the service has been declining. I always purchase the #4 package (their most expensive package) so I expect a good interior/exterior cleaning. The last four times I took my car & truck there, they did a horrible job. The 2nd time I actually called and spoke to the owner(Joe), and he wanted me to bring my car back so they could redo it but I never had the time. The 3rd time I didn't call, but I figured I would wait and see if it happened again. Surprise...Surprise, it happened again. This time I didn't leave and asked to speak to the owner(Joe). I showed him how dirty my car was after a full detailed car wash. Instead of rectifying the issue, he told me that if I did not like it, I could go somewhere else. He was blatantly rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone going to this place as it is a complete waste of your time and money. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
