I go here all the time. My manicurist Elaine does a great job and is very sweet. But whatever you do do not let May do your nails....she is very rude and rough with the customers...she snatched my tip out of my hand as I was handing it to her...She didnt even say thank you...nothing...You wont have to ask which one is May when you walk in....She is the one with the permanent frown on her face....

You get what you pay for. Waited forever, but the pedicure was over in a flash. She nicked me with the cuticle nippers several times - one spot hurt for days after. Barely did any smoothing at all - just a quick "brush-brush" with the pedi sponge and that was it. And the FUMES in that place were overpowering - I almost left several times while i was waiting due to the chemical stench, but unfortunately I stuck it out. Spend an extra $4 and go to one of the decent places, like Zoog on 39th.
