I have always had exceptional service here and been well-treated by the staff. This is a discount outlet and they are very clear about their policies. The policies and prices are posted clearly in the store and in the fliers that are available. Unlike every other eyeglass retailer that I've been to Factory Eyeglass Outlet is transparent about their pricing; there's no hidden prices, no endless "sales" and other nonsense. They do occasionally offer sale coupons online or through the mail which lower the already-low prices even more. I highly recommend this place. For me they're a million times better than the mainstream eyeglass stores but if you can't deal with a bare-bones, no bullsh*t operation this isn't the place for you.
PS: This location does not offer eye exams and they are very clear that they do not accept insurance so the previous two reviews would appear to be bizarrely unrelated to this merchant. (However they were always happy to offer a second copy of the sales invoice to me for insurance reimbursement.)
