Fabio Scalia Salon- Brooklyn Heights

Fabio has been cutting my hair for 15 years. He is an extremely talented hair stylist, and has great vision. It's been amazing to witness his growth. He has surrounded himself with a knowledgeable and faithful staff. The atmosphere in the salon is always cheerful and professional at the same time. I have an enormous respect for him and what he has built!

It took me 2 years to find a good salon in NY, especially because I can't trust anyone with my hair.
The place is beautiful and clean, the energy is so positive... Everyone are just so nice!

As a man with long hair it has been hard to find a place where I enjoy and feel that the staff can help me maintain a professional hair style with a little work and just a walk out the door look that fits me as well. Fabio talked me through his thoughts and suggestions. I've been happy there and will be going back. Staff was also very friendly.

Fabio and Rocco now have been canonized: for me they embody the Italian experience in Brooklyn. After my stay in the real Italy where having your hair done is as necessary as a good plate of pasta,I was pleased to find that same atmosphere in Fabio's Hair Saloon. Rocco is a coloring artist, a Rembrandt of the hair. I came to him with my favorite picture and he asked a million questions as it is his style to do the best he can to make his customers happy and non, not only with the tasty cappuccino. My hair has gotten so many compliments: it looks so natural, it has various natural tones, it looks great and it really looks similar to the picture I brought in. Here is to you Rocco!

I have been going here, to Fabio, for years. He is terrific and very skilled at what he does. I love the entire staff, and have often gone to Nordia and Mary for a blow out when I didn't need Fabio to cut my hair. Everyone is incredibly friendly, even if I am not one of their clients. They also make terrific cappuccinos and lattes or you can have a glass of wine if your appointment is in the evening.
