I have been to their Roosevelt Avenue location many times when I needed some Quick cash and have always received both Great Service as well as Top dollar for my Gold Jewelry.
Alex has always been extremely helpful and patiently explains what the best options are between Pawning and Selling my Gold depending on the Price of Gold at The Moment.. Alex is a true gentleman and I would not trust anyone else in the field.

I have been to plenty of pawnshops, financial difficulties calls for it. Anyway, by far this pawnshop has been the best in customer service, they give you the absolute best in prices when it comes to determinin the value of your items. Alex, the store manager cares about his customers, and their financial difficulties and goes far and beyond in helping the customer. My wife and I have nothing but good experience at the 76/Roosevelt location. We highly recommend this location to anyone.
