They will offer you pennies on the dollar for what you're stuff is worth.. They NEVER answer the phone when you call the #, just the same message over and over.. I NEVER have seen anyone actually buying anything from this store, just desperate people selling their items and being extremely ripped off over and over.. example, go in there with a ps4 and they'll offer you $50 and then try and resell it for $250 on ebay lol, thats great customer service and business sense! Stay away at all costs unless you are extremely desperate and enjoy getting taken advantage of.. plenty of other stores in the area, so go here at your own risk and stupidity..

I purchased an expensive item from this place, and it not come with the appropriate accessories. I e-mailed them twice with no return e-mail, then I called them and no one answered, just a message repeating their location over and over. The item I bought was sold through E-BAY, and I now dealing with this problem with their resolution center. Don't these jokers know that after I come to a result with the E-bay resolution center that they will pull all other merchandice off of E-bay, and will never be allowed to sell through E-BAY again. The owners need to get their heads out of the mud and handle business.
