Office personnel that helped with my children's frame purchase was Terrible. Would never return. Extremely high prices. Will not allow to see nor purchase the lower cost frames, because was told that they are for other kind of patients with different insurance. Guided to expensive frames for the children. Paid extra for protection insurance when in most, if not all other retailers, children's frames include protection insurance. In general they seem to care more about making money and ambushing you to expensive glasses than to help you with finding what is affordable to you. Eye glasses are behind the counter so you can not see for yourself the prices or patiently look at what you really like. The eye doctor was okay. So if necessary you could get an exam, get your prescription and go elsewhere for your frames/ lenses.
