Worst eye doctor i ever been too !
They didnt want to give me my contacts Perscription so i can get contacts at another location. Instead they changed my contact perscription and made me purchase the wrong contacts .

I have been a loyal customer for the past few years, I was there recently and I'm so disappointed, with the professionalism of the staff. They were not helpful, they were most interested on talking about music than helping out and paying attention to my needs. I called Lily days after regarding my contact lenses prescription and WOW. Never going back again!!!!

This review is based on my current problems that, I am still experiencing from this business. I bought a pair of burberry glasses, there which have some problems. The main issue for me is that, I live out of state, I drove all the way up to the place of business three hours to have my frames fixed. Just after six months the frames was bent, loose and needed to be changed. The sales person there by the name of "Claudia" took my frames to be sent out for repairs this is now going on 3 weeks to have some frames and other work done. I contacted the store last Friday 10/18/2013. I wanted the status of my glasses, which as of today date have not been returned to me; I even had to pay for next day delivery now my problem is that when your not professional and make up stuff to get rid of people, I see it fit to let everyone know that the place of business is not worth spending your hard earned cash. After calling the "Eye Contact Vision Center," 5 different dates and time for my frames, was told that it's in the mail however that was over 1 week ago. I called the store yesterday spoke with Claudia again told me she don't have the shipping number but would call me back once she get the proper information. Guess what no call back from her or anyone from her company. I said to myself let me follow up this morning which, i did was told Claudia was busy but listen to what she told the person who answered the phone what is going on. I asked for the update on my glasses, no tracking number, no update on my frames which i use to drive at night. Now this company have not contacted me, or shown any regards that my glasses is important with me. Please, stay away from this store if you can!! I am saying to myself that what you get for spending your money in NEWARK NJ!!!! My next step is the BBB of New Jersey!!! Stay away by all means!!! Customers is not this place main priority.

Extremely disappointed! I was a patient for nearly 25 years AND even became a cash customer after they stopped accepting my insurance. I found myself in a bind for the first time in all those years, and the office denied me service!! Coming from the medical field myself, I found that to be completely unacceptable. When I called and inquired about getting my patient records transferred to a new office, they didn't even question why. Looks like their patients aren't their number one priority.
