I know alot of people have complained about waiting for the doctor but they have set times for my insurance (medicaid) so I went when there was two doctors and I was seen in like 20 mins, Doctor is really good and the place has been around forever, my whole family comes here and I love the lady who takes care of me. She makes me die laughing and I don't feel like I'm getting hassled to buy glasses.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, called to ask a simple question and get hung up on. Business treat people in this area terrible. They think because they practice in urban areas such as Paterson, that they can get away with treat people second class. Terrible experience shop else where

if I could have rated 0 or negatives I would have. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. shittiest and worst customer service EVER. first of all I don't know if they're racist but they definitely prefer Spanish people. you could have gotten there before 20 other Spanish people, if you're black, they're all going first. (my mom's complaint as she was one of the first people there and they proceeded to take every other Spanish person until she spoke up.) next.... they don't give you all the information properly... so they can screw you. they told me I would get my second pair of glasses free, then I presented my insurance card and THEN they told me that with my insurance card it's actually $100 for the second pair... I went ahead and did it anyway. I got my two pairs of glasses (one being Gucci) and when I picked them up they told me that they didn't have the Gucci case, that they had to order it and would call me when it came in, meanwhile they gave me a generic case... I called every month and was either told they didn't come in yet or they were ordering them and they'd call me when it came in. this all started in August of 2014. today is July 7th 2015 AND I NOW GOT MY CASE. they dicked me around for almost an entire year telling me they were ordering them and it should come next week. Melanie the manager promised me she would call me twice and even saved my name and number and and didn't do anything she said she was going to do. I had to threaten to have my friend that's a lawyer who would take my case pro bono take them to court. (that was a lie) after that, a week later my case magically came in. and when I went to pick it up the lady was laughing saying it's been almost a year. because apparently screwing paying customers over is funny to them. worst customer service. worst company. I wouldn't come and get glasses or contacts from them if they were handing them out. they're too dishonest.
