My grandmother rented a unit with Shakia she was very help! The facility was well lit and cleaned. Easy moving with the loading dock. Climate controlled unit for a great price. They also sell boxes. We were very pleased with shakia customer service. She was very professional and took her time with us. Thank you said for all of your help. I would recommend this location for anyone in need of storage.

The Assistant manager Shakia was awesome. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I will definitely come back to store because of her.

The customer service by Krystal and Shakia is friendly and professional the manager who is Krystal, is on point and courteous and the facility is very clean and organized. I like this particular extra storage space facility.
