At first I was really annoyed because when I made it in 15 minutes before their closing time they wouldn't take me in. But the next time I went - both the attendants were very helpful and cordial and were able to setup stuff pretty soon. I just wish they weren't so expensive - but given all other storage unit companies in the vicinity - they seemed to have the best prices/location/hours and accessibility.

The storage space I rented for 5 months was convenient and it was good value for the money.
Pros:
The store manager Orlando, was a pleasure to work with and he helped us all the way from reservation to vacating the place. He made the process easy.
Cons:
I think a racoon got into my unit. It left paw marks on an exposed sofa and bit into a box. Luckily nothing was damaged.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service I received during my initial phone call inquiring about pricing. Equally satisfied with the face to face service that was provided by the assistant manager, Jose Gonzalez.
Prices are competitive if not better than most facilities in the area. I highly recommend the Seacaucus location.
