Extra Space Storage

I recently move to the area from the west coast due to a job relocation and was interested in finding a place to store my valuables. Not knowing the area I didn't know where to look. Based on a recommendation from a co-worker, I went to this facility and was warmly greeted by Anndriss. She immediately flashed a warm smile and was very open to answering any questions that I had. She made me feel very welcome and appreciated.

The tour of the facility was great and any apprehension that I had went away. It's very clean and put my mind at ease. I feel safe keeping my irreplaceable items there. I know that I could never replace my items and it is assuring to know that it will stay safe.

If you're ever searching for a facility go over to Extra Space and ask for Anndriss. She will take great care of you and brighten your day with her caring smile and personality. Can not recommend enough. I haven't had a chance to meet the other staff, but if they're anything like Anndriss, this place is in great hands.

I must say i always thought of storage facilities as a headache time until i stored with river edge site. They did everything in the book except phycically move me in. They assisted with adding insurace for my valuables. Ann and her female assitant bring Great values to the brand.

First time using this location and the customer service was very good and professional. First contacted them with on-line chat then called in to confirm. Anndriss & Latira were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall very good experience, location is very convenient.

Had a really hard time with moving since me and my wife split up.. Didn't know exactly what to do. Luckily I spoke to Latira. She was more than courteous, and stood extra to make sure I was taken care of and left with a smile on my face.. More than I came In there with. Highly recommend to any and all

Great location, friendly staff dealt with both latira and Anndriss who were both knowledgeable and friendly. Well continue to come back for all my storage needs and random packing supply. Much cheaper then the other stores.
