I have 4 units at this location. The people in the office are very nice. They accept my UPS boxes when I am not there. The place is clean and the bathroom is always spotless and smelling nice. I rented at other places and staff was rude and the place was dirty. So I recommend Extra Space and the people who work there.

This is a very nice place. The staff is always friendly. The bathrooms are so clean. Been a customer for years.

the Extra Space Storage in North Bergen is awesome, the folks working there are friendly and very knowledgeable about which unit to get. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs to store stuff for an extended period of time. Great to work with, easy to manage online and great customer service. No hassle and no fuss. The units are clean and the parking is easy-

The staff there was very awseome, especially the manager Janette. The other two guys (one shorter gentleman and the other was big and brolic-extremely kind though) were great too! I recommend to anyone! Great staff!

I have in the last minute clean up my closets , I stopped one near my apt, for any reason lady there was very unhappy and couldn't hep me! I drove 2 lights down and I saw extra space, George was there and help a lot, I never had to rented a storage, he is a amazing gave all the explanation about prices, sizes. Walked through the building with patient almost 6.00 time he close the office! He is a gentleman and expert in storage! Thanks Mr. George!!
