Extra Space Storage

They have a lovely staff. Rita is a very nice lady.

We spent the entire day packing and barely made it to storage before it closed. The woman who worked there, named Rita, was funny and sweet and amazing enough to let us unload after hours. The facility was also clean and well-maintained. Would highly recommend, and thank you Rita!!

I've been renting here for over 4 years and every year they increase the rent. So far that I can account for from April 13th, 2013 to Nov 13th, 2015 it has increased 34.9%. I will be finding another solution soon. The hours are not wonderful, the staff is OK, and the facility is just alright. There are better solutions in the city.

Rented a 8x8 unit on Oct. 25 for $205 per month. Two days later they were offering a larger unit 7x10 for $171. I asked for the lesser rate for the smaller. We had issues coming to an agreement. Waiting for corporate response. Also when I rented the 8x8 on the 25th agent told me I would get a refund of the $45 if I didn't need the insurance. Didn't need the insurance and no refund to date. They do not have any storage rates posted for their units in the office, so you really can't see the actual rate. You have to go by what he or she is telling you. I visited two U-Haul locations and they have rates posted.

I LOVE this wonderful staff. The units are cleannno and bug and ratfree love this place just go and check the Times on holidays.
