Extra Space Storage on Mallory Ave Jersey City NJ great customer service, all of the staff are polite and courteous, the facility is kept clean. No complaints.

Great Staff Facility does Need Work but It's out of The Staffs hands , the staff were very helpful ,friendly, solved every issue (within their power) that I've ever had . Prices aren't too bad . They need to be more competitive though.

I Just rent a space at Smarstop Self Storage and it was a great experience the employeess was very helpful with what i need it

I have rented a unit in this location, ITS A BIG MISTAKE , First they didn't honor the prices on my paid online reservation, 2nd the units are dirty, I saw rats droppings after a week, 3rd I believed they have master keys( because you can't use your own lock, you have to buy it from them) I lost several boxes, insurance is useless, 4th staff are rude and dishonest, After a long drive on a rented truck, tired and hungry, I have no choice.I have to unload my stuff so I can rest. after that the nightmare begins.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS, Don't be lured by their nice front office building, you will regret it.
