Lily and Nelson were awesome! I was moving out of my unit because it was too big for all the things I had, making it too expensive for me. They talked me into a smaller unit which was much more convenient for me (price and location). They are both very nice people and keep a very clean facility. Extra Space Storage -Englewood doesn't disappoint!!!

Nelson and Lilly are the best! When I moved to the area, my move in day was quite busy, as I had to bring things to the storage facility as the movers were unloading their truck, As it turns out, I needed a bigger unit. Lilly made the necessary calls and got back to me within minutes and arranged for a bigger unit. It was a lifesaver!
Nelson is a great guy. Very professional and helpful. The facility is well maintained and the best storage facility I've ever used. I give Nelson and Lilly 5 stars!

Very clean .. Excellent service .. Great staff and Nelson is the best very helpful and professional .. I highly recommend renting storage from this location ..

This is a great storage space. Why? Because guys like Nelson (manager) are knowledgeable, helpful and great at customer service. Can't say enough about what a great job they do there.

Reserved a unit online and went into the office to pay. I was greeted by Lyly who was very nice and took me to see the unit before completing the paperwork. I have used a number of storage facilities but this is by far my favorite. The unit itself is one of the nicest I have ever gotten and so convenient. Great customer service by both Lyly and Nelson. I totally recommend this storage facility.
