I want to give a huge thanks to the Store Manager, Brett & Roger for their stellar service. I got a unit at Extra Space Storage for my storage needs and the process was quick and painless. They took the time to show me the size of the unit before purchase to make sure it fit my needs, addressed any questions or concerns and walked me through the lease process step by step. The whole process took only 20 minutes. Who would have thought that you would get such great customer service from a local storage facility. The place is currently in the final weeks of getting a re-model so that's a plus and it's in a super convenient location for me.

After shopping around for a storage unit to accommodate my needs ,I decided to rent a unit from Extra Storage on Rt. 516 in Old Bridge N.J. The Manager there, Brett set up my account efficiently & affordable for a clean , secure ,well lit,, spacious unit..I would highly recommend E. S . S .for all your storage needs.

Staff is extremely friendly. They helped with our storage issues. . This location is clean and very safe. .. We are so happy we are here. . Thank you Brett for all your help

Roger and Brett were more than extremely helpful , they saw my anxiety and actually helped me move some things that were to heavy for me and my girlfriend lift, they are great men tytyty.Matt
