This hotel was the worst of the hotels i've stayed in US. They put us in a smoker room and we're no smokers, smelled very bad. No coffee machine in the room, hot water takes forever, the room was somewhat clean, found some bugs in the bath tub. Ohh and no breakfast, 200 $ CA for a room, without breakfast, only three cups of coffee, some muffins and some apples. I hated it and will never return to Secaucus area.

The main advantage here is the bus connectivity to new York, the bus stops right in front of the hotel both while going and coming back and buses run all day till midnight. The rooms are standard and we are satisfied

The hotel itself is okay, it's the very inexperienced staff running the day to day that I feel gives it a 3 rating. I don't think they've been trained to handle more than a check-in.

Huge Bugs in the room. Bad smell, nothing was comfortable for me.

There was virtually no customer service at check in. They do not clean your room unless you are staying for a week.
There was a bug in my room, I had to check out after 1 night. Even after mentioning it to the service desk, she kept quiet....I do not recommend this place.
