Housekeeping is the major issue at this hotel. Room service is only on checkout so there is a lot of neglect of rooms. This is a recipe for failure coupled with the higher abuse of rooms by guests due to contracts with government assisted people and construction workers. The location is good, in general. The layout is ok. Not the worst hotel but not even close to the level the other extended stay hotels are at. I think if housekeeping were increased this hotel would dramatically improve.
