- Terrible #180793

Customer service at this location really sucks. They do not pick up the phone, they put you on hold- they hang up the phone- This store does not educate people how to interact with customers. They only care about money- If they make a mistake- It is ok. However, if you make a mistake- They want to charge you for everything. That is stupid- Management must know that this is a B2B business. Hopefully they know what B2B means because they do not know anything about construction products- neither they know how to talk to a customer. They claim been the best in the market. I a agree- They are best at not picking up the phone, living you on hold, hanging up the phone etc-
