It was valentines Day and was waiting to receive a phone call from my wife saying that she has received her flowers that I ordered for her but never did so I called 1800Flowers numerous times to ask them what had happened but was unable to get in touch with them that night they call me back the next day at 1100 am to tell me that Exquisite Occasion of Brooklyn, NY driver was unable to deliver the flowers that day so they were going to deliver them today and that it would be a fresh arraignment. I told them that I didn't want them anymore & I received a refund because I didn't want to deal with such an unprofessional company in 1800Flowers & Exquisite Occasion! Never again take it for what it worth!
