Hiring Express Union Tile was the one of the best decisions we've made for our home. Before finding them we had consulted with another kitchen designer who seemed mostly interested in up selling us and gave us an unreasonably high quote on cabinets. Sales representative at Express Union Tile on the other hand, presented us with a range of options, both in style and cost, and never pressured us about any decision. So Ive decided get my tiles from them as well. In addition, their kitchen design emphasized functionality and produced a layout that maximized the usable space in our kitchen. I encourage you to go into your consultation with an open mind as to your options.

I highly recommend Express Union Tile to everyone including my family and friends. I had my whole house re-done using them and must say it looks great! I keep getting compliments on how gorgeous my bathrooms and kitchen look. They are very reasonable with their prices and have such friendly staff! Everytime I go into this store Ali and Mike always help me in finding that perfect tile. I am so happy I found them and would never use anyone else!! I am very satisfied! I have been to this showroom few times. Though the place isn't a very large in size, but the inventory they do carry is much nicer then you would find in other big retail shops. Service is friendly and special order I placed came on time. I was happy with their service and the quality of tiles and other products I purchased for my bathroom. I would recommend them to others.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! We used Union Tile for our bathroom renovation. When we went to look at samples, we pointed out what we were interested in and the guy brought us the wrong tiles. We had him go back for the right ones. Not a big deal. HOWEVER, when my husband went to pick up grout, he showed them the tile we had and said he needed grout to match that tile. Our contractor laid out and grouted the tile while we were at work. The tile was a light beige and they gave us DARK, basically black, grout. It was awful and in no way "matched" the tile my husband pointed out. Our contractor charged us additional money to rip out and redo the tile work in the entire bathroom. When we confronted the owner and asked for half of that additional money as compensation for giving us the wrong product, he took no responsibility for his error and offered no compensation/product or even sympathy/"I'm sorry" to us. I will never use this tile store again. I have also heard from others similar stories about errors they make but refuse to take responsibility for. GO ELSEWHERE. You may save money because they don't charge sales tax, but I'd rather buy from an honest business with good customer service. What you *may* (not always) save cannot ever make up for their lack of customer service. This business cares about your money and nothing else.
