Great Staff! Great People!! Great Workout!!! I gained more from a one hour session with Todd than I did in my 2+ years going to NYSC. This is the place to be!

Just finished my first workout at Express Train!!! Joe is AMAZING! The new facility is beautiful!!! It was just me& him, which made me feel like I had my own gym!! I would def recommend it!
